Our cut-off times for same day delivery are 1pm on Monday to Friday and 12pm on Saturdays.

We are able to arrange local delivery to Wantirna and surrounds, the Dandenong ranges and most of Melbourne’s outer-east. Please enter your delivery address and postcode during checkout to see the delivery rate to your chosen area. If your area is not listed we may still be able to organise delivery there, please call us to enquire and for a delivery quote.

If noone’s home to receive your flower delivery it will be left in a safe place near the front door. If there is nowhere safe to leave it or we cannot access the property due to a locked gate etc then we will call you to discuss. Note that if re-delivery is required this may incur an additional delivery fee.

Our deliveries are generally made between 8am and 6pm on your selected delivery date. On particularly busy days deliveries to residential addresses may occur slightly earlier or later. Deliveries to business addresses will occur during business hours and to school addresses during school hours. Funeral deliveries will be made before the ceremony time provided sufficient notice has been given (if ordering for a funeral you will be prompted to select the date and time of the funeral service). Other than for funerals we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time unless you phone us to discuss and an additional fee may be required for our driver to plan their route around your special request.

Yes! You can select this option in the checkout. Please allow at least two hours for us to prepare your order. Please also see our cut-off times for same-day collection.

  • Keep your flowers in a coolish place out of direct sunlight and away from any heating or cooling vents as these will dry your flowers out very quickly.
  • For arrangements in floral foam, check daily that there is water surrounding the foam and keep this topped up (a small top up every day or two will usually suffice).
  • For bouquets, replace the water with fresh water every few days and perhaps even scrub clean your vase at the same time. You may wish to trim the bottom of the stems with some sharp secateurs every few days also, cutting on a diagonal angle and taking care to avoid your fingers!
  • In warmer weather or when drying cooling or heating is in use your flowers may benefit from a light mist of water from a spray bottle onto the flower heads.
  • Bonus tip – in the cooler months when your house is heated move your flowers to the coldest place in the house overnight (often the laundry if no heating vents in there) and bring them back out to your living space to enjoy during the day.
